1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SOLOSBOR DOO ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the GoWords mobile application and the website.

2. Subscription and Billing

GoWords provides a digital subscription ("GoWords Pro") priced at $10 per month (or equivalent in local currency). Features included in the Pro subscription:

• Unlimited flashcard decks and word items
• Smart spaced repetition algorithm
• AI-powered word definitions and examples
• Audio pronunciation by native speakers
• Cloud synchronization across devices

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period unless cancelled.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your GoWords Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle, and you will retain access to Pro features until that date. To cancel, use the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt email or contact our support.

4. Refund Policy (Money-Back Guarantee)

We want you to be completely satisfied with GoWords. In accordance with Paddle's standard consumer protection policies:

• 14-Day Refund Period: You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service.
• How to request a refund: Contact Paddle support via your email receipt, or write to our support team at gowordsapp@gmail.com with your order number.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GoWords (including software, UI designs, algorithms, text, and graphics) are the exclusive property of SOLOSBOR DOO and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
